Accelerating Emerging Professionals (AEP)

Accelerating Emerging Professionals (AEP) is a series of 4 in-person meetings, scheduled once per month, where the cohort explores leadership capacities and philosophies, how to build your influence and confidence, and how to navigate today's dynamic workplaces. We will talk about leading yourself and leading others and the ways in which these two things can seem oppositional and complex at times! Additionally, in this program, individuals will have the opportunity to schedule monthly one-on-one leadership development sessions with me! These 1:1 sessions can be virtual or in-person depending on your preference. During these one-on-one sessions, we can discuss challenges, concerns, or career planning among other topics too; you decide the topic based on what is most important and useful for you at the time!
